Attorney.plus
Fair, fast dispute resolution

Settle it by agreement — not by attrition.

Two parties, one honest process. Reach a quick decision you both accept. If you don't, escalate to a professional arbitrator — and only then, if you must, to attorneys. Every step is timestamped and tamper-evident.

No obligation to advance · Both parties must agree · Free to start

How it works

Four steps. You only go as far as you need to.

01

Both sides opt in

One party starts a case, pays their share, and shares a private code. The other joins, pays their half, and both accept the terms. Nothing advances until both agree.

02

A quick, AI-assisted decision

Each side submits their account. We produce a neutral summary both approve, then an AI-assisted decision. If both accept it, it stands — signed, dated, and done.

03

Professional arbitration

If either side disagrees, a real, independent arbitrator reviews the case and issues a ruling. The arbitration fee never exceeds $1,500.

04

Attorneys — only if it comes to that

If arbitration still doesn't resolve it, each side is independently matched with a participating attorney in your area. No conflicts of interest, ever.

Why it holds up

Built to be believed — by both sides.

Tamper-evident record

Every consent and decision is written into a cryptographic hash chain. The timeline can't be quietly rewritten.

Neutral by design

The same summary, the same process, the same clock for both parties. No home-field advantage.

Capped, upfront costs

You know the numbers before you begin. Arbitration is capped at $1,500 — a fraction of litigation.

Independent representation

If it reaches attorneys, each party gets their own — never from the same firm.

Questions

Fair is also clear.

Is Attorney.plus a law firm?

No. Attorney.plus is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It's a neutral platform that helps two parties reach agreement quickly, with professional arbitration and attorney referrals available if needed.

What does it cost?

You and the other party each pay your own share to begin. If the case escalates to a professional arbitrator, the arbitration fee is capped at $1,500 total. Any fees tied to connecting with a lawyer are marketing fees.

What if the other party won't participate?

Nothing moves forward without both parties. If the other side never joins or agrees, the case simply doesn't advance — and you're not charged for a process that didn't happen.

How is the decision binding?

When both parties accept a decision, that acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and written into the tamper-evident audit chain, along with the terms you agreed to.

Start with agreement. Keep the rest in reserve.

Open a case in minutes. Share your code. Resolve it — or let the process carry you fairly to the next step.
